From sprains and strains to complete physicals, cardiology, pediatrics, psychiatry, pulmonology, pain management, women's health, specialty services and more, Boone Memorial Health offers four Rural Health Clinics and a Specialty Clinic to meet your general healthcare needs.

The Family Medical Center offers Psychiatry on the 1st floor, an outpatient Pharmacy on the 2nd floor and primary care, Cardiology, and Pulmonology on the 3rd floor. It is located on the hospital campus (to the left of the main hospital building).

The BMH Walk-In Clinic (State Street Location), moved from the 1st floor of the Family Medical Center on the hospital campus to 173 State Street, which is located
off-campus across from the Madison Animal Hospital. The Walk-In Clinic is open 7 days
a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Whether it's a minor illness or injury, or you need a physical, an allergy shot of all of the above, we are here to serve you and your family.

The BMH Medical Clinic offers women’s health services, family medicine, pediatrics, immunizations, physicals, and more. The Medical Clinic is located in Madison, beside the Madison Post Office and now has an expansion site in Comfort (BMH Comfort Clinic). Both clinics are accepting new patients.

At the Boone Memorial Health Family Medical Center (Rural Health Clinic) our goal is to provide primary care, cardiology, psychiatry, pulmonology and outpatient pharmacy services, while still giving each patient the individualized personal attention and time they deserve.
