The 2nd floor of the Family Medical Center is an outpatient Pharmacy which is open 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday from 9:00am - 2:00pm. Call 304-369-8821 to reach the Pharmacy.
The 3rd floor houses Pulmonology, Chad Adkins, DO, and Casey Hager, MD, FACC (Cardiology). To schedule an appointment call 304-369-8826.
