BMH Health & Wellness Fair

The Boone Memorial Health & Wellness Fair will be held at the Madison Civic Center located at 261 Washington Avenue in Madison, WV from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 6. The fair will offer discounted blood work, FREE flu shots, health education, cooking demonstrations, prizes, entertainment, complimentary food, and more. Attendees who bring in non-perishable food will receive an extra raffle ticket for a special prize drawing. Food donations will benefit local families in need.

This year's theme is "STAY IN TUNE WITH YOUR HEALTH." Pre-registration is not required for participants. However, those interested in becoming a Vendor or Sponsor should register below.
