Introducing the NEW BMH PACT (Patient Access & Communication Team) CENTER

Boone Memorial Hospital is making a PACT to meet all your healthcare communication needs. We want to ensure you have a great patient experience from your very first call.

Our goals include ensuring 1st Call Resolution, creating a great patient experience, optimizing efficiency and providing effective communication.

The PACT Center will be your access to BMH Providers; appointments (including BMH Rural Health Clinics) and prescription refill requests. All requests go directly to the provider or their care team using our secure computer system.
