The Boone Memorial Hospital Walk-In Clinic (Rural Health Clinic), currently located on the hospital campus in the Family Medical Center, is temporarily relocating to 173 State Street (across from the Madison Animal Hospital). The move is being done in an effort to continue protecting patients from potential exposure to the coronavirus.

The providers located on the 3rd floor of the Family Medical Center will not move, however.

Chad Adkins, DO; Amy Sayre, MD; Casey Hager, MD and Melissa Moody, MD will remain on the 3rd Floor of the Family Medical Center.

In preparation for the move, the Walk-In Clinic (Rural Health Clinic) will be closed August 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th. Patients presenting for care on these dates should instead go directly to the

BMH Emergency Room for treatment.

The new State Street location will open at 8am Monday, August 10th. The Walk-in Clinic will keep its current hours and days of operation; 8am-6pm, 7 days a week. In addition, the clinic will offer Drive-Thru COVID-19 testing, which is currently being offered in Danville, beside the United Bank Building from 9am-1pm, Monday-Friday. Boone Memorial will offer Drive-Thru COVID-19 testing in Danville until August 7th and will resume testing at 9am on August 10th at the new Walk-In Clinic location, across from the Madison Animal Clinic (State Street), at which point COVID-19 testing in Danville will cease.

Once the Walk-In Clinic move is complete, the hospital will post signage and detailed information on its website at BMH.ORG. Additional questions can be answered by calling 304-369-1230.
