In recognition of National Stress Awareness Month, the BMH Foundation for Community Health held a FREE Lunch and Learn on Friday, April 28.
BMH Psychiatrist, Melissa Moody, MD, spoke and shared tips for effective stress management.

National Stress Awareness Month helps bring attention to the negative impacts of stress. Dr. Moody explained that managing stress is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. Knowing how to manage stress can improve mental and physical well-being as well as minimize exacerbation of health-related issues.
Guests enjoyed complimentary Chick-Fil-A, health education, and a swag bag.
